1. Delivery Coverage

Nationwide delivery is supported via trusted courier services.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping time ranges from 1 to 5 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
3. Delivery Attempts

Each order will be delivered up to 2 times:

If the first attempt fails, our delivery team will contact you to reschedule.

If we cannot reach you within 2 business days (via call or message), and no response is received, the order will become invalid.

4. Undelivered Orders

After 2 failed delivery attempts, the order will be held at our office or courier office for 2 additional business days for customer pick-up.

Shipping fees will not be refunded in such cases.

After this period, the order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
5. Order Tracking

To check your order status, please use the Order ID sent in your confirmation email and contact our Customer Service Department for assistance.
